Worldwide Shipping
To offer a wider selection of products, we ship orders directly from our partner warehouses to customers worldwide. This allows us to provide styles that are often difficult to find locally while keeping prices fair and accessible.

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Your package will be delivered directly to your address without any additional shipping fees.
Order Processing

In most cases, tracking information becomes available shortly after shipment. If there is a delay, tracking details will be provided within 2 business days at the latest.

Order Cancellation

If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery according to our Return Policy.
For orders containing multiple items, the return period begins once all items have been delivered.
If Your Package Shows Delivered
If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Wait 24 hours (couriers sometimes mark deliveries as completed slightly early) • Check with neighbors or household members • Look around your mailbox, front door, or other safe places where the courier may have left the package

Lost Packages

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and assist you in locating the package.
Please note that investigations conducted by shipping carriers may take several weeks to complete.
Refused or Uncollected Packages
If you are not available during delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or bring the package to a nearby pickup location.
Packages must be collected within the timeframe specified by the courier.
If a package is refused or not collected, it may be returned to the courier's facility rather than our warehouse.
In such cases, we are unable to issue refunds, as the package does not return to our inventory.
